Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Freshwater Terminal Tackle (hooks, swivels, and other small components that cannot be properly sanitized)
  • Any items that show signs of use or damage not present at time of shipping

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your freshwater fishing gear:

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • The return shipping address

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package your items (we recommend using the original packaging) and include:

  • The RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Here’s what to expect:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Exchange Processing: For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received and processed

Exchange Policy

Prefer a different freshwater fishing product? We’re happy to help with exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If your exchange costs more than the original item, you’ll only pay the difference.

International Returns

For our international anglers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service (DHL or FedEx)
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion rates

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your freshwater gear arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
